We are constantly striving to provide high standards of patient care in all aspects of the practice. To help us maintain and improve our practice we welcome feedback to identify areas where you feel we perform well and where you feel we can improve.

If you have any comments or suggestions, please tell a member of staff.

If you have a complaint in the first instance please talk to a member of staff or contact Angira Mukherjee at complaints.blds@gmail.com in writing at the practice. We can then direct you to our complaints procedure.
