I started a Butt Lane Dental Surgery as the Managing Director on 28th of April 2023. Previously, I have worked in primary school which has given me the experience of working in a public sector undertaking it’s framework and accountability. I have a good understanding of how to   contribute to the community in an educational role. I have now taken this forward and ventured in the health care sector.

I enjoy myself in a leadership role and have taken on the responsibility of leading and managing Butt Lane Dental Surgery

I, along with my team, aim at providing safe, effective, caring and responsive treatment. Patient’s wellbeing is our priority and we value their feedback. As a team leader, I have shown leadership through taking responsibility of new employees and giving them training and experience in the field of Dental treatment. The above ensures that our clinical, nursing, and reception team provides service that meets the diverse needs of the society. As a team builder, I have encouraged staff to pursue their areas of interest in the field of dentistry to keep them motivated and happy.

I shall endeavour, relentlessly to build and maintain a team that is well- lead and competent to provide excellent service to the community.
